Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide via Printful's global network. Most orders fulfilled from the nearest regional facility (US, EU, UK, AU). Transit times: US 3–6 business days, EU 4–8, rest of world 7–14.
How long until my order ships?
Apparel is print-on-demand. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping per your region. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your package leaves the facility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within 4 hours of checkout, email hello@speedsquad.co and we'll do our best. Once production starts (usually within hours), the order is locked.
Do you charge duties or import fees?
For international orders, taxes/duties may apply at delivery. These are not included in checkout and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unworn, untagged items. Print-on-demand pieces are made for you, so we don't accept "changed my mind" returns — but if there's a defect, misprint, or size issue, we'll fix it.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@speedsquad.co with your order ID and photos. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Wrong size — can I exchange?
Yes. Send us photos of the tag + garment within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover reprint costs on the first exchange.

Ambassador Program
What is the Squad?
Our ambassador program. You get a custom discount code, 15–25% commission on every sale through that code, and early access to drops.
Who can apply?
Creators in automotive, motorsport, streetwear, or lifestyle with an engaged community. Audience size matters less than fit and engagement — we've onboarded ambassadors with 5K followers and turned down ones with 500K.
How long does approval take?
We review every application personally. You'll hear back within 48 hours.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go out on the 1st of every month for the previous month's commission. Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer — your choice.
Is there a quota I need to hit?
No quota. No pressure. Earn what you earn. Tier upgrades unlock higher commission as you sell more.

Sizing & Fit
How do your tees fit?
Oversized, boxy fit. If you're between sizes, size down for a relaxed look or stay true for a drop-shoulder, streetwear cut.
How do your hoodies fit?
True-to-size with a slightly cropped, structured silhouette. Models are typically wearing M for reference.
Where's the full size chart?
Each product page has a size chart in the product details panel. If you're unsure, message us — we'll talk you through it.

Care & Materials
How should I wash my SPEED SQUAD pieces?
Cold wash, inside out, low-heat tumble or hang dry. Don't iron directly on prints. Following this keeps colours sharp for years.
What's the fabric weight?
Tees are 240gsm heavyweight cotton. Hoodies are 380gsm mid-weight loopback fleece. Built to last — not the typical flimsy POD weight.

Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through Stripe and Shopify Payments — your data never touches our servers.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS everywhere, never store payment info, and only collect what we need to ship your order and keep you posted.
